DELINQUENT BROS BY RYOTA SAKAI

Just like Engineer Boots, I own a truckload of pleated/buckleback denim jackets, so the announcement  of Ryota's Black Chambray Zip Jacket was my opportunity to finally change things up.  I immediately contacted Mr. Sakai made sure I was at the top of the pre-order list.

Delinquent Bros. is one of two companies owned and operated by Ryota that supplies amazing early Americana workwear-style clothing.  His other company, O.C Style, offers mid-century and rock n roll-style threads.

For those folks into vintage American wear, there's no doubt at least one buckleback jacket hangs in your closet.  This jacket is a must for that wardrobe!  It's a nice lightweight S&P Chambray and has that perfect vintage cut through the body and sleeves.  The medium fits me like a vintage size 38.

The copper buckle is sure to age well.

Chest: 19 1/2"
Shoulders: 18 1/4"
Sleeves: 23 1/2"
Length (from base of collar): 23 1/4"

The Black Chambray Work Cap is made with a more traditional S&P material.
