David sent me photos of his new pair of deadstock 1940's Santa Rosa Engineer boots.  They were picked up by his buddy from the Goodwill during "Half-Price Day."  The original sticker price before the discount?  A whopping $20.00.  This is, by far, the best deal I've heard of for a GREAT pair of boots.
