BOOTS WORTH BUYING

If you're lookin' for a pair of Vintage Engineer Boots worth buying, you may want to consider these. Not much time left in the auctions, though.

This 1950's non-steel toe pair is said to have been resoled/heeled, but look to be very consistent with bottoms indigenous to NOS pairs I've run across.  Either way, this is a tough pair of boots worth buying...for the right price.

The patina, profile and plenty long instep straps are characteristics sought after by collectors.

Size 10 (12" x 4 1/2")

This pair was purchased back in 1983 and obviously well admired by its owner.  The overall patina is incredible and if these can be had for under...well, I'll keep that to myself until after the auction.

Not too old, but the brand and wear are enough for you budget-conscious, Vintage Engineer Boot admirers looking for an entry level pair to kick around.

Said to be a size 10.5, but at 11 1/2" x 4 1/4", I say these are in the 8.5 to 9 range.
